- Recommend 16-year-old to 18-year-old vaccine visits to providers. Promote “Vaccinate Before You Graduate”.
- Promote and educate regarding recommended Influenza, COVID, and RSV immunizations.
- Promote identification and outreach to individuals missing vaccinations.
- Promote vaccines for individuals age 50 and over including Shingles, Pneumococcal, Hepatitis B, and RSV- for those at risk and other recommended vaccinations.
